Thought we would have to buy another printer but found Octoinkjet and Martins uTube video's so very helpful and easy to use fix, anyone can extend the life of their pinter. Great work Octoinkjet crew.
M1 Mac Mini, Sonoma 14.7 installed with Epson XP-820 running perfect. The price is very reasonable and with the purchase of new waste ink pads the whole fix for us was $***. A lot less expensive than a new printer that doesn't need to be bought. Highly recommend.

Solved my printer issue, very good price. My printer has a new lease of life! When the message popped up about contacting Epson Service, I thought this is going to be expensive. But then I found the Octoinkjet solution and am very happy.

Recliner chair repaired satisfactorily, repairers arriving as arranged. The phone calls I had prior to the repair instilled a degree of confidence in me, unlike the contacts I had with another company who came across as thoroughly untrustworthy.

The instruction video was very good and I was able to fit the potty pads easily.

Re setting the counter was not so straight forward but I managed it with some help from my son-in-law,

Much appreciated Martin’s excellent help with resetting the code for new ink pads. I was very concerned about making a mistake & needing another code. The instructions were not fully clear. even after 3 attempts. I had successfully installed new pads following one particular You Tube video. Another was much more complicated & involved removing 2 extra parts of the printer which was not required.

Hi, all delivered safely. Disassembly procedure is clear and concise (tip- stick blu-tac blobs to the instruction sheets so it all goes back in the right place with the right screw). The reset software worked so the printer lives on!

The product, printer potty worked as described. Care was needed to ensure that the tube from the printer pump to the potty doesn't get crimped when replacing the side panel of the printer. The instructions provide warning but I still managed to muck it up the first time. The ordering process could be enhanced to more easily allow cancelling or revising an order. Luckily help was readily available by emailing Martin.
