Everyone was so helpful, as this has never happened to me before and I was totally lost about what to do and very upset about it too. I made sure to thank them for been so helpful and kind towards me during that time. Lovely people!!
There was no communication about the third party claim. I would like to see the assessors report. The amount paid far exceeded any damage that I recorded at the time. The passenger mirror was already damaged. I was reversing, very slowly and stopped at once. My car has a spare tree on the rear door, this was what touched the third party passenger door. There were no electrical components where I impacted. So I was extremely surprised when the claims agent told me that this had been part of the third party claim.
The third party were also out of the country for a month after the accident. Anything could have happened their car in that time.
I would like a copy of the assessors report to clarify what was claimed for.

Very on happy with the way everything was done. I was fully in the right and the lady that drove out in front of me admitted full liability. And yet I'm still not sorted
