I was not given the amount that I sent in on the repair quote which now means I have to pay *** euro myself which i have to take out a loan for. The fact that i have to take out a loan which i can barely pay back just before Christmas is very distressing and stressful especially when i have paid my insurance without delay every month for the past decade.
