We had a wait period of about a week as our claim was initially miss handled as a small leakSo a bit of miscommunication there but once the assessor was out it all went very smoothly and surprisingly quickly

Hello, the problems were mainly with ***, very frustrating, misleading initial conversation and completely unrealistic initial assessment then delays in communication before coming to the settlement. When it was agreed there was a long delay before payment from you for which I got a sincere apology

I thought 6weeks was long for a small claim

We have been insured with your company for quite a few years now & this was our first time to make a claim which only amounted to 1,250. I felt it was a long drawn out process & was disappointed to find out our No Claims Bonus will be affected. I will certainly pay more attention when our renewal time comes around next year.

Claim went on quite awhile

I found the assessor very difficult to deal with. I struggled with his communication style, his poor recall and was extremely slow to respond to emails.
