Only 1/3 cost of repair.
Apart from your phone lines, which can be a nightmare to navigate or get through to. The whole process was very professionally dealt with. Even the most silly questions asked were answered with kindness and compassion.

The advisor I spoke to argued with me that I wasn’t covered under my policy. I would love for someone to listen to the call so that feedback can be provided to staff. Had I taken what he had said at face value I would not have been able to avail of the *** cover that I was entitled to. Customers shouldn’t have to tell the advisors what is covered under the policy, it should be the other way around and staff who are responsible for assessing claims should know at the bare minimum what is covered under the policy. We had a break in to our home and both our cars were stolen. It was a really upsetting and difficult time as it is, not to mind having to actually argue with an advisor over what is covered in my policy.
