I phoned and spoke with a representative on Tuesday, my insurance was due the following Monday. He promised to ring me back on Friday afternoon but said it would work just as well to book it online. He didn't call back on Friday at the time he said he would so I booked it online. I didn't look at my emails until that evening when I saw my insurance was not booked and I would receive an email when it was activated. I got no email over the weekend and so had no active insurance on Monday.

I dealt with three reps before finally taking out the policy. All interactions were of high quality, with each rep having individual strengths. Overall, a high score is warranted
