Pls move all claims online/move to DocuSign or Adobe - printing off the form, filling in offline, taking form to the vet for signature and then back submitting back to Allianz is very time consuming.

It was a really quick turnaround this time. I did receive a cheque though instead of bank transfer but that might have been my fault, as I can’t remember if I added my bank details to the form. The only suggestion would be to keep bank details on file for all future claims.
