Ordered a pair of tie rod ends over a month ago but parts have not been sent. I am seeking full refund. Really bad service, they're slow to respond, if at all. I do not recommend this online shop.

Ordered a starter motor over a week ago , said part was in stock , paid for express freight , no communication or emails letting us know it was out of stock , only reason we found out it was out of stock was from us contacting you only to be told your waiting on your suppliers to stock you , still no starter motor 9 days later and money has been paid , no stress happy to wait just would of been good to know to what was happening, ordered one from a local supplier Thursday arvo and was on the work bench ready to fit Friday morning. Thank you

I think you are scamming me as it been almost three weeks and no item delivered. No contact from your company explaining why it has taken so long. Your tracking link does not work. Have given up on you as a legitimate company. Have commenced an ACCC complaint. Will be posting negative commences on line.

Been two weeks and still hasn't arrived. Disappointed

The product via Aust post kept me informed but I feel the ad itself was misguiding by stating that express post which was paid for but still took the same amount of time to be delivered as a normal post. Maybe you should fix as is misleading. The express post should be what it states.
