Paul was excellent & gave great advise & provided exercises to build up muscles.

I saw Dave Ruth with my foot complaint (Plantar Faciitis), and he has been working with me on various exercises and stretches. I have to say that, to date, my foot is much better and I can walk quite a long way now, with no pain! I am carrying on with my exercises because they have certainly made a difference and are quite easy to do. Dave has been very caring and patient. He listened intently to my concerns and addressed each topic thoroughly! I would definitely recommend him!!
