From start to finish, AGS Golf Vacations gave us a trip of a lifetime with their exceptional customer service and support.
The accommodations were amazing and our personal driver went above and beyond every day.

I would like to say that our Driver Paul G made our experience a 5 star affair . Every little detail you could think of was covered .

We have used other services in the past and paid more but this was our best trip .

Booking process and confirmation as always, was so easy. Monika is brilliant at her job and delivered exactly what was outlined and promised. Checking in, at all seven golf courses was a very simple task and a very smooth process. The only criticism I could give was the choice of The Russacks Hotel, which had very indifferent service levels. The front of house team were great but the service in the bar area was horrendous, with us twice having to wait over 40mins from order to receive our drinks - once when there was only about 10 people in the bar! The Hotel would have probably trebled their profits if they had sufficient bar staff as we wanted two or three drinks and struggled to even get one. The location is definitely what 'sells' the hotel as this poor level of service and carton orange juice (rather than fresh) at breakfast was very disappointing. No issues with The Marine Hotel at Troon - great staff and great choice. Thanks again.

The best thing about our experience was definitely our driver ***. She is so personable and fun to be around - she made the driving enjoyable. Her knowledge of what to do, where to eat, Ireland history, local insights, and culture really enhanced our trip. She made friends with my wife and the two of them went off the beaten path sightseeing. My wife really enjoyed her time with ***. She's a real gem.

The hotel was nice - the breakfast was great. We really needed that with our golf being long ways away.

Thank you ***for creating a fabulous golf trip to Portugal. The hotels were fantastic with great locations at the beach and near the golf venues. The courses were excellent and quite unique with the towering pine trees protecting fairways and greens. The ocean views were also fantastic and reminded us of the California Coast.

The food in Portugal was amazing and we all felt the value for money was right there, less expensive that other destinations in Europe, the fish is incredible. The nightlife in Villamoura was electric with all the bars and restaurants on the marina, the Hotel Tivoli was top notch and the pool / bar scene is world class.

AGS did a fantastic job with our itinerary and helping us manage the day-to-day. We played all the best courses at perfect tee times. When we had travel issues, AGS worked with us to make day of changes so we didn’t miss a round! We would highly recommend AGS!

This is the second trip that I have been on with AGS, and they both have been outstanding.
From our bus driver, to the accommodations, the golf courses, the tours and tour guides that they use are just so friendly and a pleasure to be around. The best thing that AGS did for us for our Scotland trip, was when we were playing the old course at St.***, they hired a photographer and took pictures of us on the course and we didn't always know that they were taking the pictures and put together a momento book capturing all the great moments and memories. The book will sit on my coffee table and for everyone that comes to my home, I will be sure to show them them the book and if they ask how it all happened--we will recommend AGS.

I really appreciated *** trying to help out on the luggage nightmare. Fortunately I had AirTags in my luggage and was able to track it down and get my clubs. I would recommend that you tell everyone to use air tags in their luggage. If our group had, we probably could have gotten it all sooner. FYI, We loved Birkshire Castle but they don’t have a good heating system, fortunately our weather was good and we didn’t even turn it on once we got there. It is either all on or all off. The first castle was adjustable my room which works well for big groups.

AGS arranged an excellent trip to Scotland. Karolina was knowledgeable, patient and highly responsive to all our questions. I would definitely go with AGS for our next golfing trip!
