Sorry but only communication has been via the platform. No humans involved. Just auto-pushed unclear meaningless emails and no action on our request after 3 days to add a country to our policy.
Online account does not provide an option to talk with someone live. Used your note/message set up, took more than 4 hours to let me know they would reach out to underwriting
I wish turnaround time was a little quicker. But great customer service. Thank you.

Joe and the team have been great to work with.
the level of service provided on our account is subpar at best. Any time I have a question or need direction, I must send more than one email - typically i send 4+ emails before I even get a response. When I do get a response, I am not sure if the recipient reads the question as many times i get a partial answer, and the answer is not usually a clear response. I am waiting for a decision on a customer for almost 2 weeks. It looks very bad to our customers when it takes several days or weeks to provide them a response. I dont feel like we have ever received great customer service, not during the renewal time or throughout the year.
