The website is sometimes difficult to navigate. But on the whole very good. Perhaps a section where I could register my interests and you could email me when a new selection of coins were in stock would be helpful. However, having said this Britannia coins are now my go to company. The service is excellent, coins in great condition. Helpful insights also available. I would now probably only purchase from yourselves or the Royal mint.

Mainly, I trust Britannia to deliver my items. I would not buy from anyone else for that reason.

You delivered what I ordered. But it took such a long time I began to wonder that I’d been scammed. Patience in 2024 is a scarce commodity and you would do well to kick your courier up the backside. I would like to buy some more BUT will it arrive before Christmas????? Possibly not.

There was a one day delay with the dispatch but emailed *** who replied on a Saturday to confirm special delivery would leave on Monday and it was received the following day.
