Been dealing with Bullion by post for 13 years +, excellent every time no complaints in any areas..The staff are pleasant & accommodating. My first stop to buy any type of precious metals. Also have office where you can attend to collect or sell which is really convenient. Special thanks to Jilba.

Have purchased from Bullion by Post at least 40 to 50 times over the last 4 plus years
I have also sold back coins to them which I did wonder how that would go as the purchases have always been faultless, great service, good price and just do what they say. Selling coins back to them was also beyond faultless went exactly as it should and I broke the sale into 4 parcels just for general risk management as much with the postal service risk management. In summary all my dealings have been great

I received a wrong item worth £*** less than the correct item I should have received. I have sent more than five emails and called more than four times, spoken with four different people, and no one has helped solve the matter. I am really disappointed with the customer service and that no one has helped me receive the order I paid for.
