Although signing up was slightly confusing and some of the wait times for support longer than a larger ISP; I found the phone staff extremely helpful. Ali, was very helpful and is a great asset to your team. The speeds so far are very good. Pricing is great and on par with other ISPs.

Customer Service & support from Fuzenet is always amazing! They always are quick to help resolve any connection, speed and just general queries you may have. Every time I have called the person has been such a great help and friendly.
