I was really impressed with the correspondence from the admin team keeping me in the loop about my car, and when I explained I was leaving town before my car would be ready they prioritised it and got it done ahead of schedule. Over the moon with my experience with diplocks.

It was a new car, so it was very clean especially on the inside before it was stolen. When we picked it up, we found the floor very dirty. We also found ice cream residue in the passenger side door recess and dirt in the recess beloe the emergency brake. The thieves had put more than 2000 ks on the car and it was o empty when we picked it up. We had to wait 4.5 months and we were disappointed when we got it back.

Can definitely tell company is no longer owned by Mr Diplock. I had to follow up constantly with phone calls, different answers from people, blamed long wait on "parts", quality of repairs terrible for 6 mth vehicle, 5 mth wait, new rear window fitted has damage to black inner surface, vehicle handed back with polish under left tail light which cannot be removed. White polish (black car) was left in grooves over back SUV door, under new window, marks from duct tape still on roof. The lovely ladies in the office are the only saving grace now. I fought my insurance company to have my car taken to Diplocks as always had awesome reputation & was assured the same quality work would be completed but sadly this is not the case.
