I had lots of questions before making our recent de-fib purchase, Rachael was great, gave me the best advice as to which unit to go for. Delivery was quick too. Thank you.

Awful! I had to call as my order was not out for delivery, I was then told they were waiting for a missing piece so I asked for the delivery to be sent without it.
Then the fun begins, DPD we’re your courier of choice, they cannot read a postcode so was delivered to somewhere else, I obviously called DPD who were less than helpful as I was not the customer you were. I then called DefibWarehouse who said they would contact DPD, I then received an email from DefibWarehouse with a section of a map stating this might help me track down my parcel, I was furious when I then called back as the email was worded in such a way as to indicate ‘there you go’, here’s a map you find it’. Fast forward I get my delivery, sodden and beaten as it was the original left out in someone else’s garden, I had friends over when I unpacked it to put kings in ready to teach that weekend, one of the manikins did not have a chest skin, I emailed to advise but apparently according to the awful *** I’m a liar and they’re just the distributor this couldn’t happen and she allegedly spoke to the manufacturer and they said it couldn’t happen, well it did!!!! I have a useless manikin without a chest skin and two witnesses who both saw it came without a chest skin! There was no customer service and a couldn’t care less attitude from ***, I will not be ordering anything from you again and I have ensured my experience has been shared far and wide among other trainers. I’m still waiting for a missing first aid pack and I would suggest a quality control check before you ‘just distribute’ anything as the chest skin is missing and surely if you had of bothered checking your end you would have found that out and be 100% sure that everything else was in present in the delivery!!!
