You can improve on your customer service and replying to refund/returns requests.
You specify that we the customer are not to chase you once we have applied for a returns and that you will contact us within 2 weeks. I have been waiting months!
I have £*** worth of goods that I ordered and paid for in good faith only to be let high and dry with zero contact.
I need to return these unused unopened goods!.
I will strongly be suggesting to *** to find another provider.

I thought on the whole service was ok. I do though think that samples should be sent out with card details only and not take payment. the reason I say this is because other companies allow this and it runs a lot smoother when it comes to make the final order. I run a kids team and it meant I needed to pay myself for the samples and then when I made the order once happy the club paid the rest and had to reimburse me when it could have been done with one single payment at the end. Some additional discount and maybe a free item could also be a suggestion. I am loking at training gear at the moment so maybe if I spoke to one of your staff a deal could be arranged for loyal service ?. Thanks in advance.

Prompt and efficient despatch of goods. Only one little suggestion. I had to request an invoice for the goods as I needed it to claim payment back from my football club. Maybe this could be emailed once goods have been received or paid for. However I did only wait 48 hours after delivery
