Very pleased with our purchase of replacement spotlights for our kitchen. Finding replacements which did not require altering the size of the openings was difficult, but the Downlights Direct website came up with the goods at a reasonable price. The experience was made easy, with a good variety of choices, easy ordering system and prompt delivery. The lights have been installed and fit perfectly. I'm sure we will be return customers.

I am slightly disappointed with the product however. The wagon type connector is not very reliable and it was difficult to snap close once the cable was inserted. The connector push buttons are flimsy. I had to resort to an actual wagon connector in one instance. Lights are working fine in one bathroom but have yet to fit the final four in our en-suite.
