You guys are fantastic! My machine was down (NS), needing critical parts. I placed the order Sunday evening (Canada), and it was in my hands Wednesday morning. You never let me down. Also your online service manuals and instructions are invaluable.

Great service, packet as if they were packing their first-born child. They answered my questions via email almost immediately. If I ever need more spare parts for my Simonelli, I'll purchase it through Elektro's. I missed Loxeal 18-10 for non-permanent joints and silicone grease for the O-rings.
