I am quite happy with the service provided by Ethical Superstore, however I feel there are two areas that it may be possible to improve on.
Firstly I often find it difficult to find the items I am searching for on your site. Are you able to make it easier please? Sometimes things seem to be "hidden" under the wrong heading.
Secondly packaging sometimes is less good than it ought to be. Example - I ordered 6 bags of flour on my last order. It comes from the supplier wrapped in plastic in 5's but you sell it in 2's. I ordered 6 bags. The 6th bag was not wrapped and had a hole in it when it arrived. The other items had a light dusting of flour on them.
Also in a previous order the items arrived looking as though they had been thrown into the box from a distance. The 10 Dalit candles had all fallen from the box.
I don't like to moan but you did ask where you could make improvements.

Great service and products

I like the ethical nature of these products. Sometimes quite a few items are out of stock. The delivery is quite expensive. I like the idea of reward points but they often have a very short expiry date.The ordering online is easy and I like being able to save my basket.
