Please use a different courier . The person who delivered mine was rude and arrogant and did not help move the very heavy boxes they were left out in the rain all day until my husband came home ( I have a disability) I’m not sure if I will order from you again as concerned I would get the same driver.

I hav enjoyed shopping at Ethical Superstore and the wide range of ethically produced good available though my main interest is Fairly Traded items of which there is a wide range. The web site is easy to use.

I would certainly recommend ES and the cleaning products they sell.
Deliveries take a little longer than we’d hope, but that’s probably because we live in the Orkney Islands and goods have to be transferred from the national carrier to a local one.
Otherwise, all is good.

There is a wide range of products offered at a reasonable price. I have been shopping here for many years. However, your choice of courier has let you down recently. They told me that my parcel was delayed, then lost, then delivered it when I had asked them not to. It was left overnight in full view of the road and in the rain. it was just good luck that nothing inside was damaged.
