Express solutions undertook a drain survey of our London house, with shared ownership, built in the 1880s. The survey was comprehensive and identified a number of places where the original clay drain pipes had separated causing a leak and resulting in a crack in the external wall. As well as the survey a detailed quote to undertake a repair of the leaks without the need to conduct building works under the house was submitted. The price for the survey was reasonable and the quote has been accepted and Express Solutions will be invited to undertake the repair work. The workers were very pleasant and I felt comfortable having them in my home even though I was there on my own. Indeed not satisfied with the charges and the service provided. The team was unable to rectify the problem nor identify the problem. The charges they have made was very unreasonable. At the beginning with regards to the time duration of the charges were not acceptable at all. However after much appeal and discussion they management was reasonable with the charges. Not at all happy with the services.

Very happy with these guys. We needed to know where the sewer was in relation to our property and where our drains went. They did this and also detected a partial blockage in a shared drain with our neighbours.
