Express solutions undertook a drain survey of our London house, with shared ownership, built in the 1880s. The survey was comprehensive and identified a number of places where the original clay drain pipes had separated causing a leak and resulting in a crack in the external wall. As well as the survey a detailed quote to undertake a repair of the leaks without the need to conduct building works under the house was submitted. The price for the survey was reasonable and the quote has been accepted and Express Solutions will be invited to undertake the repair work. The Staff met were professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Their customer relations was good. Richard

Excellent! Express Solutions were everything I hoped they would be. They turned up when they said they would, they were very professional, polite, hard working and conscientious. Adrian, the supervising engineer, manged the job very well, he was communicative and experienced. He understood our situation and had sensible recommendations and solutions. We were very pleased with the work and results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was very happy with the service from express drainage solutions. The communication around the quote and day of the work was good. The workers were very pleasant and I felt comfortable having them in my home even though I was there on my own. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was given pictures of the stages of the work. They cleaned up after themselves both outside and in the house which was appreciated. I would use them again and would recommend them

Indeed not satisfied with the charges and the service provided. The team was unable to rectify the problem nor identify the problem. The charges they have made was very unreasonable. At the beginning with regards to the time duration of the charges were not acceptable at all. However after much appeal and discussion they management was reasonable with the charges. Not at all happy with the services.

Very happy with these guys. We needed to know where the sewer was in relation to our property and where our drains went. They did this and also detected a partial blockage in a shared drain with our neighbours.
