I wanted to pay with Paypal
This went into a nghtmare
Suddenly everything appeared in Bulgarian.
Though I live in Bulgaria I do not speak bulgarian on that level.
Then I wanted to go back to another payment option. Impossible
So I had to cancel and start from the begining……
Next time I book a ferry I will look for other option……
I use Paypal everyday and this is the first time this happens. So it s your webpage that causes that…..

This was not the first time I've used the site and I found it easier to use now I know the drill. Please be careful about "improvements" which aren't!

The website was intuitive and easy to navigate.

I tried to book online as there is no booking office at Calais now but had trouble getting confirmation of our booking. It eventually came to my junk mail. It used to be so easy booking a return ferry when there was a booking office. It would be great if you re-instated the office.

It was confusing - many routes online to the same thing - hopefully the same/best value booking .
Also an instruction to confirm the payment by sending a copy of the payment which was not possible for me.
Helpful person when I rang about this - said it was an online glitch . not a scam I hope?
