Service was quick and efficient. The spare parts are quite expensive though.

The ordering process was easy and straightforward. There was an issue with part of my order, (i had ordered an additional jug for the blender i was buying but ordered the wrong one). This was corrected after receiving a call from customer service. The only problem i felt with that part of the process was it was from a mobile number, so was hesitant to answer first time, maybe an landline number would work better.

Another problem i encountered was that the despatch invoice showed both parts of my order as being dispatched at the same time but in reality they were despatched separately with the additional jug coming a few days later. I had to chase this up via email twice as the first email went unanswered. in the end it was only a few days for the jug to arrive but an email or call to say they would be coming separately would of been appreciated.

Apart from the above i found the whole experience enjoyable and would recommend Frothie to family and friends and i will definitely be using you in the future.

Only that I have a large box containing the old machine cluttering up my kitchen as I still have not received the instructions or free return label, which I am told would have been received in the post soon after delivery.

A gentleman call *** has been very helpful and kind. Talked me through how to use the machine and any time I call I get really good service. Thank you
