I recently purchased the Optimum 600M cold press juicer from Froothie, and while the product initially had an issue (the base unit arrived with scratches), I was incredibly impressed with the way their customer service team handled the situation.

*** from Froothie responded to my concern promptly and offered an excellent resolution. They arranged for a replacement base unit to be sent immediately and encouraged me to use the current one in the meantime so I wouldn't be without a juicer. To top it off, they also issued a *** Froothie credit as an apology for the inconvenience.

I also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up question about whether the box arrived damaged, which shows their attention to detail and commitment to understanding and addressing potential issues.

Very satisfied with the complete order. Price was to my budget and delivery was on good time. Actively using the Optimum 9400X and surprised how quiet it is even with the acoustic hood open. All in all very impressed.
