Good process

It was easy to buy but I wish I had received a message when my previous annual policy was expiring as a reminder to renew. I used to for renter's insurance but didn't get a reminder for either policy this year. I very much appreciate being able to take care of the whole buying process remotely and Erick and Randy were great at answering my questions!
