Before I placed my first order I received a phone call from GoldCore customer support to check whether I had any issues and they were professional and friendly.
The speed with which confirmation of my trades is sent, together with the detailed instructions re confirming that my purchases are in the storage locations I selected are also first class.

The website is very difficult to access. There are very high commission rates nearly 6%. Customer care is very good, but not supported by poor website access.

During that time, our IT team was implementing essential security updates, particularly around our two-factor authentication process, which temporarily affected accessibility. These issues have since been fully resolved, and you should not encounter any further problems logging into your account.

We are also sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the premiums on our GoldSaver programme. The GoldSaver programme is designed to facilitate monthly accumulation of fractional gold, which typically carries a higher premium due to its unique structure. If you compare it with other fractional gold products, you should find the GoldSaver programme to be very competitive. However, if you are seeking more cost-effective options, we would be happy to help you explore alternatives, such as bar or coin options, which offer lower premiums for outright purchases.

2) you don’t deliver to Guernsey - Bullion By Post do
3) 2FA relies solely of SMS which often ‘fails’ overseas. Other cos (even Paypal) offer a choice of SMS, WA or email

The Perth Mint Certificate Program is the only government-guaranteed certificate program globally, and many investors appreciate the flexibility of owning gold in an unallocated format. While we are an agent for the Perth Mint, it is only one of the options we provide. We also offer physical metal for secure storage or delivery and unallocated gold directly through GoldCore.

Currently, we only deliver within mainland UK. However, we will keep you updated should we expand to additional locations, such as Guernsey, in the future.

We also appreciate your comments regarding 2FA. We understand that SMS-only authentication can be challenging for some clients overseas. As mentioned during our conversation in October, I have passed your feedback along to our team to explore additional 2FA options to improve accessibility.
