Very quick delivery

Bought a second maxi cozi topaz. Very narrow seats. Just what we wanted.possibly the most narrow seat on the market from what we checked. They are both fitting in to a volkswagon transporter which is no easy feat. Because the seats are so narrow at the bottom it gives the opportunity to move them slightly to the side to put the seatbelt on. Nothing else was working

I would definitely like to see an improvement in the gift card section. I tried using a one for all voucher in which I was told I need to buy vouchers instead. That wouldn't have been a problem if it didn't take so long to sort and wasn't as hassle free as it should be. I was ordering a car seat which ideally we needed today and because of the delay buying the voucher it took me over 3 hours to purchase which made me go past 1 o clock to order. Because of this we have to wait an extra day. To a customer I would say have it written down how to use a one for all voucher. Explain we have to buy your gift cards with the voucher and then state only 1 voucher can be purchased at a time to a max of 50 euro. Whatvhappened me was silly as i put in all.the details of the card and when I pressed pay it took the money from my credit card instead. The first car seat arrived on time no issue
