Delivery not great

Your service has been great and everything I have brought from you perfect and exactly as described.
However what I have found difficult is actually the delivery. I am never able to connect to the UPS app and have to spend time trying to trace my order. This does put me off from buying from you, if I can get quality items elsewhere.

Customer support is very good and it was great to deal with real people instead of AI chatbots. Really pleased with the quality of the dog bathrobe. The dog raincoat we bought had to be returned because it ripped so easily and the replacement has actually ripped too but it could be because our dog gets to run free in the countryside so there’s more wear & tear than most.

I have been using Kramer for some time now for getting western products the service is always reliable
