Once having found the website, I was amazed on the range and quality of the products, at least going by the pictures. They looked to be made how they should be, with quality materials, and were seemingly fully functional.

I couldn't help but place an order. All easy enough. It was getting close to my event and I hadn't received anything so I got in contact.

They were very communicative and helpful and did what they could. Sadly, I didn't receive my order in time. It wasn't the end of the world and I know these things happen sometimes, especially it being an overseas order. They were very apologetic.

Not long after that my order arrived. I was not disappointed in the slightest. Wonderfully made, fully robust and functional. They even threw in a small gift pouch as an apology.
Not necessary but much appreciated.

Sadly the coat has not arrived coat. I did pay extra for speedy delivery, but one week after ordering I received an email to say UPS had the parcel. This was clearly delayed , but it was on its way. Then I received two more emails - the first to say it was be delivered that morning, the second to say they could not deliver to my house (there is no reason why, as I was at home waiting) and would leave it at the local Post Office in due course. UPS said it would notify me when it could be picked up - days later, I am still waiting and the event I purchased the coat for has been and gone. Very disappointing.
