Prompt and friendly service. Lovely stone basin. The reason I didn't give 5* is because the selection process using separate photos is confusing and time consuming. I would also have appreciated the basin to have been sealed.

I am sorry to read that you found the selection process confusing , as we receive many positive reviews as to how straightforward the process is , as can be seen in the many feedbacks concerning basin purchases of our River Rock basins , which continue to be extremely popular , and this process obviously means our customer can select the exact , and unique , basin that best suits their installation , in respect of their desired shape and size , and colour / tone , which has always been a great selling point for these particular basins.
Re - the sealing of the basin , we have never offered a service to pre-seal a customers basin for them , consequently this is not something we could have provided unfortunately , however this would take no more than a few mins for a customer , or plumber , to undertake , either before , of after , installation .
