Everything went smooth easy and quick, as expected same as my couple of other orders beforehand. *** on exact date i picked arrived in less than 3 workdays from shipping, package was totally intact and basically *** could even tell whats inside by the look. Amazing logistics right there and all works as intended.

Everything was picture perfect. Easy to place an order, very quick very amazing handling of the order itself, shipped on the day i prepicked and even arrived in less than 3 workdays. I personally am amazed how easy and fast it was.

The option of a date when selecting shipping is quite unclear. Underneath it says it's not a delivery date but instead a dispatch date. Either way mine was shipped the day before this and delivered the day after so I'm not sure what it's relevance was. Having a delivery service with a nominated date option would be great for such personal items. I would be willing to have spent more to have that with a reliable delivery company like DHL or DPD. Also the plastic packaging for my item was smashed in transit which was a shame. Not sure it could be avoided though.

Very fast delivery, unfortunately the package was very poorly taped, so anyone could take a peek inside and see the ** pictures on the boxes of the toys. If I was concerned with privacy, this would be a huge problem. Things could also easily fall off.

Everything about the product is great, the shipping box however is a little awkward when it reads "KYO Plush - Uniform Girl" in bold letters on the side of it.

Very good communication from MT and fast packing and dispatch of order. Items packed well and discrete.

Dropped 1 star only because of the delivery method used, which is UPS, very unreliable and constantly keep moving the delivery date with no info given and no timeslots.

Otherwise highly recommend those in EU to shop here.
