Everything was fine, except the key handover event, which was worst. Only because of that, I am making it from 5 star to 3 star.
I am a new comer to Germany and a lot of things works differently here. So i expected better hospitality from the *** representative who came for key handover. The only thing he did is "handover the keys". Asking any other doubts made him **. For eg: I asked how does the waste disposal works, how to operate heater. He was very uncomfortable answering these. and mostly gave like "one word answers" with an angry face. I felt very shocked to see this, given that *** is supposed to be super helpful, as it is aimed at newcomers.

He even "forgot" to give me the access details of router.

Landlord visited the apartment next day, and he was extremely helpful. He was even surprised to know that *** represetative didn't even showed me where is the waste disposal, where is the basement, etc. And he showed me around the apartment very well.

Approximately within two weeks, I could rent an accommodation which is close to the center and fully furnished as well as well-designed by a very kind and helpful landlord. Additionally, I rented without seeing the apartment which is actually as same as in the photos. I absolutely suggest Mr. Lodge which is quite trustworthy.
