Although the individual products were as advertised, I was disappointed that the packaging was poor. On first delivery the box was badly crumpled. The courier invited me to check the contents (well done him!) and said he would arrange a return, as the contents appeared tumbled about. When re-delivered, the box was slightly less dented so I accepted the parcel. The contents were still disarranged, as the box was really too large, and although there was some crumpled paper inside, it wasn’t enough to fill the gaps. Contents still to be sampled (Easter gifts).

I have been purchasing from Natural Collection for many years now & I have found the service to be highly satisfactory. I have had no issues with ordering, delivery or customer service, I love the email function that allows me to be emailed when product back in stock & the information on when it is expected to arrive back in stock,, this is very helpful when placing my order. The choice of products is also very satisfactory & I have & will continue to recommend this company as I encourage their continued success.

The soap has very little scent, disappointing in an expensive product.

Completely useless item. Looks fine and the measurements are as listed but product will not open wide enough to take a normal sized dinner plate. Maybe this is because a nail instead of a screw is used to unfold the rack.Returns are made difficult ( must be sent to China at senders expense which is virtully the cost of the product) A WASTE OF MONEY .

Order took 15 days to arrive, too late to be used for the purpose for which it was purchased and a week or more beyond advertised arrival date. Can't review product as I won't have a need for it this side of the expiry date....

Ordering is easy, goods are dispatched quickly and arrive well packed and in good condition.
