The waste ink pad counter reset utility performed well. The update key arrived almost instantaneously after purchase. Then I proceeded to reset the counter on my Epson ET-2800 printer connected to my MAC. Two improvements I would recommend: (1) Send reset confirmation by email including old and new page count and (2) When WIFI fails during the process instruct the user to connect a USB cable to the printer.

For your information only: I have lost total respect for Epson. The procedure they designed for this service is unduly obscure and inconvenient, particularly for MAC users.

Completely satisfied. Received this morning. Easiest of jobs. 10 minute installation at most Took longer to find the tools than to install. Not yet used the reset utility as the printer has not repeated the message.

I've had my Epson XP-620 for a number of years now, still performing faultlessly but I was perplexed after the "print ink pad end of life" message appeared and my printer became unresponsive. After researching I decided to use Octoinkjet's reset code. Not knowing if the reset would be successful I elected not to purchase new pads as well. The reset code arrived after a few minutes, I studied the instructions, applied the code and followed the additional instructions. Turned printer off then on again and lo and behold, printer is up and running again. I've had to restore all of my user settings but now all functions working as before. I'll probably now order a set of new pads and trusting it will now serve me for some years still.

I ordered the Canon Pixma Pro 10 refill kit. Shipping to Denmark took about 1 week and I had to pay VAT locally, which was straightforward with the PostNord app. I love that the package includes everything I need and the instructional videos on YouTube provide clear and complete instructions on how to perform the refill. This printer prints in amazing quality, but it can be "temperamental" unless you handle it the right way and so having this kit and the videos is a godsend. I don't have any feedback on the ink quality yet as I only refilled 2 cartridges so far. In my opinion, excellent product! Thank you!

A relatively cheap way of adding extra life to my printer (Epson XP 635) that worked by simply following your YouTube instructions. Time will tell on the quality of the pads but at present I have no reason to doubt them. Very happy with the product.

My stepson Is a photo copier and printer engineer and he recommended OctoInkjet's website to me.
I was faced with an Epson photo printer which would not work because it had reached a pre-determined number of uses (pre-set by Epson!). Initially it looked like I would have to buy a new printer at a cost of more than £350. To say the least I was less than happy!!
Epson don't tell you about the waste ink tank and that it will need replacing at some point, so buyer beware.
Fitting the new absorbent pads was simple and effective (after I had used the software code provided with the kit...... (This allows you to reset the use counter to zero.
Well done OctoInkjet, at a cost of £20 I have an expensive printer which I would otherwise have spent more than £300 to replace! It's a.no-brainer and highly recommended..

Just in case it helps someone else, my Epson printer was not printing properly. I contacted Epson who suggested multiple head cleans (up to 6). After three head cleans the problem was fixed and it printed one document perfectly. When I tried a second the printer 'died' and would not respond to anything. Two lights were flashing and after much searching on line it said it needed resetting and new pads. This lead me to Octoinkjet where I purchased the pad set. The procedure was straightforward and the printer is working like new. Very pleased with Octoinkjet as otherwise it would have meant a new printer.
