Just fab - my printer stopped working and I found the YouTube explaining everything phoned and got all the help and package arrived three days later. The video was perfect and within 15 mins I had removed replaced and used they key to get my printer back up and running .

Arrived very quickly with easy instruction video to change the ink pads - reset key for printer also easy to set up. Printer working perfectly and saved me buying a new one. Thank you Octoinkjet!

Octoprint printer potty and reset app/code enabled my printer to continue working when I originally thought it was destined for the Tip.
I bought the complete potty which together with instructions was a relatively clean and simple installation.

This is the second time in six years I used OctoInkjet software and supplies to reset my bricked Epson printer. If it wasn't for OctoInkjet, I would be discarding a very expensive printer/scanner/copier.

My first contact with OCTOINKJET was actually about 3 months prior to my actual purchase of a refill bundle and cartridges. At that initial point of contact *** was first class with his advice and recommendations to a prospective customer with no experience in cartridge refilling. When I then went onto purchase, there was an issue with the website ordering for the product I selected and I made contact by telephone to ascertain the availability of a product which seemed to be showing as out of stock. Again, *** couldn't have been more helpful and the issue was resolved immediately. I was able to place and track my order and the parcel was received within 48 hours. I was happy with the packaging, the tracking process and then the after sales service. I received an email from Octoinkjet which I think was probably to all website subscribers, after receiving my parcel to advise of a potential issue with a batch of black ink. The refill bundle I had received was affected and I followed the advice provided to achieve the replacement of the ink concerned. Imagine that, a company being proactive to alert customers of an issue with a solution for replacement. First class. I should add that I received follow up communication over a bank holiday weekend in response to my email notifying I was customer affected.

In conclusion, I am more than satisfied with the quality of service I have received from Octoinkjet and based on my first shopping experience with them would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Whilst I have not actually started the cartridge refilling process I am confident that if I have any issues that these will be resolved by Octoinkjet with the necessary advice and guidance.

I was very pleased with the download to reset my ink well counter. I watched the video on emptying the ink well but you never showed how it actually empties. It seemed rather intense to do but you did a very good job showing it and explaining it. Thank you!
