Products are 5 stars as far as variety and quality go. Great procurement and inventory.

Service is 5 stars, as many times products can be unavailable and someone from *** will provide a reasonable adjustment to price or replacement. Always appreciate this time of customer service rather than a robotic message that something is unavailable.

Packaging is 5 stars, never missed anything always find generous surprises. Never had shipping related incidents of spills or damage and timing has always been on time.

I really appreciate your prompt shipping efforts, however the carrier handled the delivery badly, partially due to US Customs clearance, and probably and mostly due to FedEx delay. The package didn’t arrive until 12/28/2024, then I requested a delivery hold due to out of town until 1/3/2025. It was delivered today while I’m still on my way home now. I hope the package remains intact when I arrive home. Thanks a lot!

I’m very happy that I was able to purchase EVOO. It is hard to find high-quality olive oil in the US. I was able to get a bottle of EVOO that was high-quality and clean. I am glad that I found this site and I look forward to buying this product again in the future.

I had wondered about international shipping from Spain to the Midwest US, but it went quite smoothly. There was a slight US customs clearance delay, but this was a December delivery, and that is to be expected.
