I purchased two Lamy Studio fountain pens, from your company. The first one I asked for the nib to be changed from a medium to a fine which was done and the pen arrived beautifully boxed in a Lamy box and I was delighted. My second order was for another Lamy Studio Glacier but with a medium nib, unfortunately for me it arrived I one piece with no damage in a Lamy Safari box with no paper work for the pen . This was rather disappointing as I try to keep my pens in their original packaging.
Even though this is not the most expensive in the world as a company that sells pens surely when you sell pens you have the same amount of packaging and the right type of packaging for said pens.
Needless to say I am pleased with my purchases.
