I love Pikolinos boots and wear them every day for work. So much so that the need new heels and I can’t go without buying more. I usually by from La Redoute but I thought the deals for these boots and trainers were great. However they both arrived scratched and so I didn’t even try them on. I’m so disappointed as I’d happily keep them if they were not damaged. I will have to keep trying with another Pikolinos supplier. Also I went to drop off the shoes at a Drop Off point and I was told that the correct documents were not on the box, and I had followed the instructions from the Pikolinos website perfectly. I have emailed Pikolinos for more information and I still don’t have an answer and this is too much effort to send back shoes, especially as I have to drive to a special Drop off point. I would like this information so that I can send them back please.

I feel that sizing is not the same, I'm metric 45 which is now called 10.5 to 11, it feels more like 10.5 than 11, never used to. Apart from that Web page as good as any, delivery info good.

I've bought from Pikolinos many times before and their products have always been fantastic. However, this recent pair of boots appears yellow in the online pictures but is actually a very pale beige in reality...I think that the images should reflect the product in its entirety and not mislead the customers.

The outer packaging was in tatters but the boots were fine.

Boots were exactly what I was looking for, perfect fit, high quality and comfortable.
