Been buying Pikolinos now for a number of years. They fit me perfect never had to use a plaster so comfortable. The shoes boots sandals are leather and the pictures resemble the colour and description . Excellent quality and packaged really well

Not sure I can add anything as the service was very fast and efficient. I also really appreciated the free returns facility as I had ordered several pairs of boots hoping that at least one pair would be suitable, which they were.

I am a size 3 1/2 to a size 4 in shoes and a size 4 to 5 in boots. To improve your website you could suggest that the footwear is either true to size or you could recommend to go down or up a size depending on the fit. Some sites do this and I find it extremely useful, especially as more people shop on line. I often don’t make a purchase if I’m in any doubt. That said I own several pairs of Jerez shoes as they are a perfect fit and have never hurt my feet. I recently bought two pairs of boots size 5, but had to return one pair as they were too small in width and length. I know I’ll get my refund but it’s a long time to wait.
