Dobré odpoledne. 5. ledna jsem zaplatil peníze, 9. ledna přijali DPD, 28. ledna bylo napsáno, že přijato. Napsal jsem email a přišla mi odpověď, že se vrátili a můžou to poslat znovu nebo vrátit peníze, žádal jsem o vrácení peněz, ale už bylo 7.02 a peníze ještě nebyly. Nechápu, jak můžeš takhle pracovat?

Ich habe Autoreifen für MPC-Reifen bestellt, diese Bestellung aber schon am nächsten Tag storniert. Und da die Zahlung nur per Vorkasse erfolgte, habe ich geschrieben, dass ich mein Geld zurück haben möchte. Allerdings habe ich bis heute weder das Geld zurückerhalten noch auf meine E-Mails geantwortet. Wenn ich im Laden anrufe, antwortet niemand. Wenn ich E-Mails schreibe, antwortet niemand. Ich will mein Geld zurück!!
