I’ve been ordering from Sayila for so many years and have always been happy with your products and excellent customer service. I closed my jewellery business for a number of years but started up a new business and will need to order more in future but Snowfalls beads are not very useful because I am only a sole trader with a small business and have to pay VAT. I find that your price increases are extremely high and partly unexplainable and have found the same products much cheaper in other shops. That is disappointing and I feel that will be a big disadvantage for you. Your reduced items are good value so I can continue to order from you. I understand the cost of everything has increased and you need to make a profit but we do too!
I would like to see more gold plated findings and pendants and also stronger jump rings in plated metals, 1mm strength 5 - 7 m if possible. We have to increase our prices because of the increase in your prices so the end consumer expects excellent quality if they are paying so much for a product!

I bought a blue druzy connector code D29964.
It only took just over 1 week to get to Ireland and I'm so happy with it. It is perfect. The gold casing is beautiful. I bought one to see what it's like. I'll be buying more! I've ordered from this shop before and it's always been good service and quality products.
