The staff at Simply Fixit are unfailingly helpful and pleasant, and are a huge boon to the neighbourhood where we live, as we are a short walk away. They have done several jobs on my P C and phone, and are always highly professional and willing to answer any questions. The only reason I didn't give them a "perfect" rating is that they serviced my P C and consistently told me it would take 10 days, and in fact took 2 weeks, so I was disappointed it took longer than I expected. Otherwise I refer all my friends who need help to contact them.

Excellent as always

I have been using Simply Fix It since the Ideal Computer days, and this is the most disappointing service I have received.
I put two laptops in due to both having a virus. I had to wait 11 days before they were ready to be collected. I haven't had to wait this long before for a repair.
I was also disappointed in the answer to my inquiry about transferring photos from my phone to my computer.

Would use them again.
