As always helpful staff, my iPad had the charging plug broken off and stuck. They managed to get it out without dismantling the iPad. The price for the work was very reasonable. I got it back the next day.

I am very pleased with all the help I have been given in arranging the purchase of a replacement laptop after my previous laptop was found to be beyond repair.
Examination (by Andrew) of the faulty one was thorough and advice on my options was direct and so very helpful. Most of my data was transferred to the replacement laptop, and the Avast antivirus. By arrangement with Brian the replacement laptop was ready for immediate use. I have little expertise, am grateful for all the help given and would recommend SimplyFixit without hesitation.

very friendly reception when we called in with an iPad which had battery problems. Quickly diagnosed as needing a replacement battery. Job don within a couple of days and now working fine. very reasonably priced compared to Applestore
