I sent in 55 - 60 year old cine films. They had been previously transferred years ago to VHS and I was hoping that a modern digital transfer would improve the quality.

I realised that their service was more expensive than many others but they said they would get better quality witch help from AI.

I was delighted by the results, better than I hoped. For me the cost vs quality was worth it.

I would highly recommend Alive Studiis. My cine film was picked up by the post office from my house. Once it left my house I was kept up to date with my film, when they received it and the processes it was going through. If I had any questions I could send them a message and would get a quick response. It is an extra bonus being able to view the results of my cine film online before we received the usb disk, would definitely use Alice Studios again.

Alive Studios are professional and in terms of quality at the top of their game. I did look around a lot to find a suitable studio to carry out the work/conversion. For me two things swung it for Alivestudios:
(1) The website - it is much better than others I have seen and the website is very informative
(2) The people - in particular ***, I needed to speak with someone regardless of the website information. *** was very courteous and patient with my many questions. I was given information and guidance over the phone which eased my worries/concerns.

As a bonus, which was a surprise to me, the feedback mechanism through their cloud log-in. I was informed fully every step of the way as the work progressed through their system/workflow. Even so I still had comments/questions/requests and they were addressed fully and additional information provided.

So, I was very happy to leave the whole job in their capable hands and I was confident that I would get the best results possible. I would highly recommend to others.

Great service, extremely helpful customer support. The films produced were excellent quality and much better than I had expected (originally 14 incredibly old cine film reels), we love watching them!

The film was 65 years old but I am delighted with the outcome and I will now be buying a subscription to the hosting service so that I can share the finished product with my family.
