Everything is explained very well, so you get a clear picture of the process of buying golf and silver.
The customer service is excellent, I was looked after throughout , which makes everything a lot less stressful. If you contact them they get back to you very quickly.

The worst experience I had buying gold/diamond !
They fool me and said that I can refund 100% of what I bought if didn’t use it and I wanted to refund just a day after my purchase without opening the package and they deducted 30%.
Either they are not educating their stores staff to inform the customers with the right policy or they know it but they fool the customers

Warning for future investors to be aware of the wildly fluctuating spreads% of the company, sometimes 300% than the spreads originally quoted. We discovered through loss, that we could never win with them, the price of gold goes up the spread% will go up more. Although buying from them is presented as attractive, compare prices with other companies. PG prices are higher. Transparent, they are not. Unfortunately cannot add more here, but we have published detailed review elsewhere.

I was very apprehensive, having never done this sort of thing ever, the prospect of sending a considerable sum of money only to find out I'd been conned terrified me. the relief when my purchase arrived was only matched by the disappointment of being the owner of coins with the head of the bloody globalists who have made it necessary to buy the coins in the first place.

Appreciate all information provided to make an informed decision.
I had a rocky start, with the person who initialy contacted me stop responding my emails, around Nov 22. Then I retook this and went straight with the purchase.
It's a bit odd not having an account to see figures. Instead it is a certificate with the items bought. I am still waiting for the hard copies and with the allocation for my niece.
I am happy I made the purchase in the end.
