We had several issues regarding the valuation of our property which led to significant delays to completion. The valuation was delayed, as far as I was told by the valuation team and the UCI team not fully reading an email to obtain IBI information.
The valuation team then turned up to the wrong property.
The UCI representative was difficult for me to contact, however, my mortgage broker was able to contact UCI.
After our issues and delayed completion date, UCI did offer us some compensation.

We are very happy with the help provided by Silvia from UCI. We are very pleased with the house. Everything was very fast and we were always kept informed.

It was a hard way till we got the mortgage and sometimes I was lost in paperwork and information however we received a lot of support.

From the moment we first contact, till the moment we signed the purchase contract Leo has been an incredible help for us.
