It is obvious that she loves what she does as she does it with all her heart into it. She is also very polite and easy to speak to. She left the house very clean and tidy.

*** was so professional and fast. I didn't even know the wax was done. It especially hurts on Hollywood was but it didn't when *** did it. Highly recommended.

Friendly, punctual, and very thorough when cleaning

*** was great. I let her know the key focus areas and she attended to them with great attention to detail. Even though I was happy with her cleaning about 30 minutes before my 3 hours were up, she still stayed behind and freshened up, making sure I was happy with her work. My only wish is that she could have brought more cleaning equipment with her, but she says that is wecasa policy and not up to her. I don't have professional standard heavy duty cleaning equipment at home, so I'd have benefitted from her bringing some over as it would have resulted in a better cleaning job. Otherwise, I'm happy with what she was able to do with the tools available here. I was surprised when the cleaner showed up with just a backpack full of cleaning products. For the prices you charge for a deep clean, I expected her to have cleaning equipment with her. I don't understand what the difference would have been if I ordered a standard clean for the same amount of hours. I was testing out the service to see if I'd be interested in a weekly clean, but if I'm being frank, though I was satisfied enough with her clean to not refute the service, I wasn't impressed enough to pay for wecasa services again. It doesn't seem like good value for money at all.
