Found ordering on line straight forward but personalising the Mont Blanc pen required a few questions to make sure it was correct. I requested a call and *** phoned me back and offered assistance since it was the weekend he asked if we could confirm the details on Monday. *** called me back on Monday and emailed font options. I ordered the pen and it was delivered when requested. Brilliant service. Thanks!
