Product was good and price was ok.
Communication was poor.
No indication that product was not in stock. I had to ring and find out. No notification to say delivery was further delayed. Again I had to ring.

Website had said free delivery but when I rang they said no and then changed the website.

This would put me off buying again

I was extremely happy with the purchase I made through the Sales team. I'm not the best with technology, so websites and placing orders on line can be daunting. So, I was very happy that I could speak to someone to help place my order. They were extremely helpful and took all my details and made me feel secure. I received my 240ltr bin the very next day. Fantastic service. I would recommend.
