I was disappointed a week after my order to be told the product was out of stock. I accepted an alternative- which I’m not even sure we’ll like. Honestly I had expected the original order to be well in the post - do to realise it had not even been reserved when my order was placed was cause for concern. I have ordered from the company before, and love the products- but…. Not good enough on this occasion . I would appreciate a response
