The sales assistant Is rude and helpless, insulting because I demand a split payment. I love your products. Just ordered 3 big cushion covers for our home in Milan. 2 of them I absolutely loved, they are such a good quality and they are soft. But I got one black one where the fabric is a bit rougher and unfortunately i do not enjoy that one as the fabric is so rough and stiff that it's very uncomfortable to sit with in a sofa. Unfortunately I can't return it as I already used it and only then found out.

I just think it's such a shame that you have so beautiful products they are super comfortable, but then have some that are really not. Its not all about look - they also have to be nice and soft fabric so its wonderful to sit with it.

I have been buying the white tea towel with red stripe for 20 years and replenish or buy as gifts at least once a year. They last long and function both as basket liner, table cloth, napkin and are very absorbent when used as kitchen/tea towels.
Hang to dry by stretching while still wet and you will have excellent results. Do not dry in dryer.
