Ordered from this brand because of the quality and certifications. I purchased a flat sheet and a maora duvet. Estimated time was 2 weeks. After the purchase I get a email saying the duvet was out of stock , even though on the website it says it is, and that they have no info of when there would be a restock. After a week I get another email saying there's now a restock but my new Estimated time of arrival is a month from now. There was no clarification of I would be receiving my flat sheet ahead of time or a refund

The sales assistant Is rude and helpless, insulting because I demand a split payment. Being judged for that and claimed that I am poor and struggling financially, but in fact it is just how I want my credit works, but he seems to feel compelled to interfere my personal preference with his dedicated insulting opinion of him.

Please I strongly recommend to have internal check on this salesperson, I don’t have heart feelings because in the end it’s your company’s problem -***

I love your products. Just ordered 3 big cushion covers for our home in Milan. 2 of them I absolutely loved, they are such a good quality and they are soft. But I got one black one where the fabric is a bit rougher and unfortunately i do not enjoy that one as the fabric is so rough and stiff that it's very uncomfortable to sit with in a sofa. Unfortunately I can't return it as I already used it and only then found out.

I just think it's such a shame that you have so beautiful products they are super comfortable, but then have some that are really not. Its not all about look - they also have to be nice and soft fabric so its wonderful to sit with it.
