The products and customer care are first class: there were considerable problems in getting my baby sleeping bags delivered to the uk probably because of the uk system being in chaos because of Brexit. Every step of the way the Zizzz team *** in particular were so very helpful checking with me and keeping me informed.
The baby recipients are overjoyed as are their parents

I have tried many duvets. I can say that this is "a dream that came true"! My husband and I never agreed on the weight and heat of our duvet. Now, we both sleep in perfect conditions. Thin, light, does not crackle at all. Just perfect!
